Learn what’s new, understand how the funds work, and get guidance on how to submit a strong application.

Access Funds support Professional Plus members travelling to markets, festivals, and professional development opportunities — helping you build and maintain the relationships that move Manitoba projects forward.

Whether you're applying for the first time or looking to refine your approach, this session will help you make the most of one of On Screen Manitoba’s most valued member benefits.

What to Expect

This session will cover:

  • Key changes to the Access Funds for 2025–2026, including increased support and new mentorship opportunities

  • A step-by-step overview of the application process, from preparation to final reporting

  • Common mistakes applicants make and how to avoid them

  • Time for Q&A — bring your questions

Who Should Attend

This session is open to producers, directors, writers and lead creatives in Manitoba intending to apply for Access Funds. If you hold a Professional Plus membership or are considering getting one, this session is for you.

Registration

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent to confirmed participants closer to the event date.

Access Funds are made possible with support from Manitoba Film & Music. Additional support for Indigenous and Francophone participants is provided through the CMF Sector Development Fund.
